Supergirl And MCU Actors Join The Cast Of ‘Sex And the City’ Sequel ‘And Just Like That…’ For Season 3

The next season of the ‘Sex and the City’ sequel, ‘And Just Like That…,’ will feature some big new stars.

A few days ago, Max announced that Mehcad Brooks, Jonathan Cake, and Logan Marshall-Green have joined the cast for Season 3 of ‘And Just Like That…’ Rosie O’Donnell will also be a new cast member, playing a character named Mary.

Additionally, Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells will have larger roles in Season 3, becoming series regulars. This follows the exits of Karen Pittman, who played Dr. Nya Wallace, and Sara Ramirez, who played Che Diaz.

Statements On The Third Season Of The Show

The third season of ‘And Just Like That…’ will come out on Max in 2025. The exact date hasn’t been decided yet. Executive producer Michael Patrick King said in a press release:

“We are thrilled to spend more time in the ‘Sex and the City’ universe telling new stories about the lives of these relatable and aspirational characters played by these amazing actors. ‘And Just Like That…’ here comes season 3.”

What Is ‘And Just Like That…’ About?

The Max Original ‘And Just Like That…’, a new chapter of the HBO series ‘Sex and the City,’ is from executive producer Michael Patrick King. It follows Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate life and friendship in their 50s.

The series is executive produced by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky, John Melfi, and King. The writers include King, Samantha Irby, Rachna Fruchbom, Keli Goff, Julie Rottenberg, and Elisa Zuritsky. King directed the series along with Gillian Robespierre, Cynthia Nixon, Anu Valia, and Nisha Ganatra.
