Syfy’s ‘Reginald The Vampire’ Gets Canceled After Season 2

The show, starring Jacob Batalon, will not return for another season.

Syfy canceled ‘Reginald the Vampire’ just one week after its Season 2 finale aired on July 10.

‘Reginald the Vampire’ won’t be returning for another season. The cancellation was first reported by TVLine.

This came during a time when several Syfy original shows were uncertain about their futures. NBCUniversal recently moved ‘Resident Alien’ to the USA Network. ‘Resident Alien’ was renewed for a fourth season even if it had high production costs. Syfy’s ‘Chucky’ isn’t also officially renewed or canceled.

The Show Is Based On ‘Fat Vampire’ Book Series

‘Reginald the Vampire’ tells Reginald Andres’s story. He’s an unusual vampire who doesn’t fit the typical vampire image. Forget about other beautiful and fit vampires: Reginald has to deal with many challenges, including a crush he can’t be with, a mean boss, and a vampire leader who wants him dead.

The show was produced by Great Pacific Media Inc., Modern Story Company, December Films, and Cineflix Studios. The executive producers included Harley Peyton, Jeremiah Chechik, Todd Berger, Lindsay Macadam, Brett Burlock, and Peter Emerson.
