A24’s New Romantic Drama Casts Zendaya And Robert Pattinson

The film promises an unexpected turn in the couple’s story.

A24 announced a new romantic drama called ‘The Drama,’ and two names are in early talks to join the cast: Zendaya and Robert Pattinson.

Details about ‘The Drama’ are still secret, but Deadline reports that it will be about a romance that takes an unexpected turn before the couple’s big day. This film is another collaboration between A24 and Square Peg, the same teams behind movies like ‘Hereditary,’ ‘Midsommar,’ and ‘Dream Scenario.’ They also have other upcoming films like ‘Death of a Unicorn’ with Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega, and ‘Eddington’ with Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal, and Emma Stone.

‘The Drama’ will be directed and written by ‘Dream Scenario’s Kristoffer Borgli.

Both Stars Have Busy Schedules

Zendaya has had a busy year starring in ‘Dune: Part Two’ and ‘Challengers.’ She will also return as Rue Bennett in the third season of HBO’s ‘Euphoria.’

Robert Pattinson will soon be seen in Bong Joon-ho’s science fiction drama ‘Mickey 17,’ which is set to release in January. He was recently on the big screen as Bruce Wayne in 2022’s ‘The Batman’ and voiced the Grey Heron in the English dub of Hayao Miyazaki’s ‘The Boy and the Heron.’
