Aubrey Plaza played Harper Spiller in ‘The White Lotus’ Season 2 but hasn’t seen the episodes yet. She explained why in a recent chat with The Wall Street Journal.
“I still haven’t, but I’m going to,” the actress shared. “To be honest, I had trouble opening my HBO Max account when I was trying to watch it originally. I couldn’t figure out the password and I usually just give up when I can’t figure out the passwords. I just can’t handle things like that.”
Plaza also mentioned that she tried to get DVD copies of the series so she could watch it, but didn’t receive any as “they don’t send DVD sets anymore.”
Season 2 also featured F. Murray Abraham, Jennifer Coolidge, Adam DiMarco, Meghann Fahy, Beatrice Grannò, Jon Gries, and Tom Hollander. HBO renewed the show for a third season shortly after its 2022 release.
Filming for the new episodes began on February 13, 2024, in Thailand following delays due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. Meanwhile, Plaza joined the cast of Katheryn Hahn’s upcoming ‘Agatha All Along’ miniseries, where she will play Rio Vidal.
The new Disney+ series is set to premiere on September 18.
