TV personality Jennie Garth, best known for her role as ‘Kelly Taylor‘ in the series ‘Beverly Hills, 90210‘ revealed in her latest Instagram post that she walked the way of Beverly Hills without knowing that it would become a huge part of her career.
On April 29, the 49-year-old posted a pair of TBT photos of herself that sees her in 80s’ trends with her vintage clothes and hairstyle, and clarified these photos by saying that they were captured during her first trip to Beverly Hills.
Garth started her message by saying it was her first time on Rodeo Drive and continued her message as follows:
“My friend Rhonda, her brother Rex and their super fun momma Frankie Lou brought me with them on a road trip to Beverly Hills. We lived in Arizona at the time. I was wide eyed and fully hair-sprayed…ready for action in my acid washed skirt and jacket ensemble (probably from Contempo Casuals!)”
The actor, who started her acting career with ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ and has appeared in all ten seasons of the show concluded her message with these words:
“Who could have imagined this zip code would be such a big part of my future! You never know where life is going to take you.”
As she stated in her message, Garth actually owns her fame to the said show created by Darren Star and produced by Aaron Spelling. In addition to winning a nomination for a Teen Choice Award for her performance, she also appeared in several TV shows as a lead including ‘Danielle Steel’s Star,’ ‘Falling for You‘ and ‘Lies of the Heart: The Story of Laurie Kellogg‘ after ‘Beverly Hills.’
