Bryce Dallas Howard, the actor and director as well, jumped into her verified Instagram account just after the Emmy nominees had been announced officially.
On July 15, Howard, who directed two episodes of the groundbreaking ‘Star Wars’ spin-off ‘The Mandalorian,’ was quick to celebrate the 24 Emmy nominations the series received. She first shared a two-photo gallery from the series, and then referred to the source of this success.
Stating that describing the gratitude she feels “getting to play in the ‘Star Wars’ universe with”the series is impossible to articulate,” she continued:
“These 24 Emmy nominations are a celebration of all of the gifted and hard-working individuals who put their heart and soul into this show. I want to highlight a couple of nominees who made a huge impact on the entire season, but also the episode I directed.”
Then the actor praised Dylan Firshein who received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing For A Drama Series by saying that he “has incredible taste and work ethic.” After that, Howard referred to Lateef Crowder, the recipient of the nomination for Outstanding Stunt Performance, and stated that “he’s unstoppable.”
“And a big congratulations to the entire sophomore directing class of the Mandalorian — we made it. As always, none of this would happen without @dave.filoni and @jonfavreau’s work, vision, and love for bringing the Star Wars world of viewers together.”
At the end of the caption, the ‘Jumanji’ star expressed that being a member of the team “is the joy of a lifetime.”
