Carla Gugino Introduces Her Incredible ‘Gunpowder Milkshake’ Character ‘Madeleine’ Shortly Before Film Release

Carla Gugino, the Hollywood star who gained international fame after starring in the ‘Spy Kids‘ film series, goes on sharing her excitement regarding the upcoming Netflix film ‘Gunpowder Milkshake.’

On June 21, the well-known star took to her verified social media accounts to introduce her character in the highly expected film directed by Navot Papushado. The ‘The Haunting of Hill House‘ star first released an official movie poster bearing a photo of her character, a Canadian assassin, ‘Madeleine’, and then added a short message.

Alongside the poster, in which the member of the professional assassin team is seen holding an ax in her hand, Gugino wrote:

“Meet Madeleine. She’s a librarian. She’s going to make a little noise.

Then the star reminded her fans and followers that the upcoming film starring Karen Gillan, Lena Headey, Michelle Yeoh, Angela Bassett, and Paul Giamatti alongside her would hit Netflix on July 14. In her own words:

“A Studiocanal production will be in cinemas internationally this summer. Also on Netflix in USA/Canada/Nordics July 14.”

As fans might remember, a couple of days ago, the official release date has been announced by both the showrunners and the stars of the film. As Gugino stated, ‘Gunpowder Milkshake’ will also hit cinemas on July 15, 2021.
