Hollywood actors became sociable on December 28 to remember the late actor, Carrie Fisher who is best known for her portrayal as ‘Princess Leia‘ in the ‘Star Wars‘ franchise.
The daughter of the Fisher, Billie Lourd took to Instagram and posted a photo of herself with her mother, that sees them walking along the street together. Along with the photo, Lourd, who portrayed ‘Lieutenant Connix‘ in ‘Star Wars‘ wrote:
“Sending my love and strength to everyone out there that’s missing a loved one they’ve lost. Especially those of you who have lost someone during this crazy year. You’re not alone. ❤️”
Meanwhile, Mark Hamill, who played ‘Luke Skywalker‘ alongside Fisher, released a photo from an opening screen of ‘Star Wars’ films that reads “In Loving Memory of our Princess Carrie Fisher” and added a hashtag: #AlwaysWithUs.
As for the well-known actor, Selma Blair shared a photo of the tiny ‘Princess Leia’ Christmas ornament hanging through her tree and added a loving tribute as a caption. Blair wrote by also referring Lourd:
“Otherworldly. Carrie Fisher. She was. She is. To her fans and friends… We reaped the benefits of her life. I hug you. To Billie, her daughter, now a mom I hear, the wit and hugs and always Christmas tree will live on. And so much more. The more is how much she really worshipped the ground you walk on. Deservedly so ✨”
The actor concluded her message by saying that she is missing the Princess so much.
As fans remember, the ‘Star Wars’ legend tragically died after suffering a heart attack while flying from London to Los Angeles. Just a day after her passing, her actor mother, Debbie Reynolds also passed away as a result of a stroke.
Lourd did not forget her grandmother too, and posted a photo of herself with Reynolds, who is best known for her portrayal of ‘Helen Kane’ in ‘Three Little Words,’ and added a heart emoji as a caption.
