Chris Pratt begged co-star Chris Hemsworth to stop working out before starring together in the new ‘Thor‘ franchise.
On November 21, Hemsworth, who is preparing himself for portraying the Marvel superhero character in the new film, ‘Thor: Love and Thunder,’ posted a shirtless photo of himself that sees him working out by flipping over a huge tire. He added a caption that reads:
“Cheat day today. Decided to treat myself to this extra-large donut, gosh it’s heavy.”
Whereupon, Pratt, who recently faced criticism because of “reportedly” supporting Donald Trump, jumped into the comment section and made a few suggestions for his role mate. Pratt, not keeping up with co-star Hemsworth’s sports regime, wrote that he needs to stop working out and put on 25 lbs to look good together in the same movie.
“Hey bud. Just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop working out because since we’re gonna be in the same movie and everything he doesn’t want me to stand next to you if you look like that so I’m gonna need you to put on 25 lbs real quick cool thanks.”
After that, Hemsworth, training with British strongman and athlete Ross Edgley, replied to him by saying that he should not worry about this because they could both use the same fancy filter that’s been applied in the photo. And he added that it is called “Instashred.”
As known, it was announced that Pratt has been set to reprise his ‘Guardians of the Galaxy‘ character named ‘Star-Lord‘ in the fourth film of ‘Thor.’ The film, directed by Taika Waititi and starring also Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, and Christian Bale, is set to begin production in January; it will be released in February 2022.
