American actress and film producer Demi Moore interviewed Vogue the other day and gave details about her new fiction podcast, ‘Dirty Diana’.
Regarding the new audio drama, which tells the story of a dying marriage, the ‘Indecent Proposal’ actress said:
“I’ve had a couple of marriages. More than a couple, three… I just really understood the internal struggle of trying to express yourself and find who you are, and yet the fear to let anybody see it.”
In order to introduce the show, the 57-year-old actress also shared the cover of the podcast through Instagram and wrote the followings as a caption:
“#DirtyDiana is such a special project to me and I spoke to @voguemagazine about why… ‘There’s so much unspoken shame attached to our sexuality. It’s this conditioning telling us that it’s only okay for us to desire sex if it’s for the purpose of procreation or if it’s somebody that we intend to be with for the rest of our lives. Even though we’re modern women who can feel that we are more liberated, it’s still this undercurrent. [Dirty Diana] was so sex-positive. I was in.’”
The ‘Dirty Diana’ has been written and directed by Shana Feste, and produced by QCODE. The 6-part show is now available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
