Dwayne Johnson is going on hyping the fans of the DC Universe character ‘Black Adam‘ by announcing the news regarding the production for the film.
On July 6, Johnson took to his verified Instagram account, released a photo of himself wearing a waistband bearing “Black Adam,” and told the world that the filming will be ending in a week.
Johnson, who is reportedly gearing up to be a part of the new installment of the ‘Fast & Furious‘ film series, announced the news with the following words:
“Back to work. This is our final week of production for the filming of Black Adam. I can’t thank you guys enough for all your support. Grateful. Truly.”
In his message, The Rock revealed that he worked so hard for the role; according to what he stated, he was ready after “two years of hard core, intense training, diet, character prep and execution.” He continued his message as follows:
“You’ve been right there rockin’ with me all this time. And now it’s my turn and I hope to deliver the definitive antihero you deserve.”
As he always does when he is promoting the upcoming superhero film starring also Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, and Pierce Brosnan ended his message with these words:
“The hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change.”
The highly-expected film has been set to be released in the United States on July 29, 2022.
