The Rock went to his verified social media accounts with a piece of great news regarding his latest movie project, ‘Black Adam.’
After announcing that the filming for the superhero film would start in a short period, Dwayne Johnson took to his Instagram account on April 10 and heralded that the production had begun. In order to deliver the news, the former wrestler posted a photo of the clapperboard and expressed his excitement with the following words:
“History in the making, extremely excited and what a humbling moment to share with you. Officially kicking off day 1 of filming our Black Adam.”
Then the movie star stated that he is proud to work with ‘House of Wax‘ director Jaume Collet-Serra and Academy Award nominee director of photography Lawrence Sher.
Then the star, who recently expressed his satisfaction with co-starring with Pierce Brosnan in the said superhero film, acclaimed the rest of the crew by saying in the caption section:
“We have an all star production crew – incredibly talented, galvanized, committed and focused to raise the bar and deliver something special for the world. This one is an honor.”
Following the post of the star, who has been attached to the role since 2007, a great number of notable names, includingHany Rambod, Luda Cris, and Hiram Garcia, took to the comments section to celebrate the news.
According to the latest updates, the highly-expected film starring Aldis Hodge as ‘Hawkman,’ Noah Centineo as ‘Atom Smasher’ Quintessa Swindell as ‘Cyclone,’ Marwan Kenzari and Sarah Shahi alongside Johnson and Brosnan, has been set to release on July 29, 2022.
