Dwayne Johnson has great news regarding the upcoming superhero film, ‘Black Adam.’
On March 22, “The Rock” went to his verified Instagram account with an update concerning the shooting of the highly expected film. The actor, who grabbed huge media attention with the news that he would be portraying DC Comics’ fictional supervillain, shared the first page of the script within an Instagram video and heralded that the crew would hit the set in 3 weeks.
In the video, the former wrestler just showed the script of the movie and expressed his excitement regarding that he is 3 weeks away from the shooting. Stating that he can not believe that the cast and the crew are on the finish line on this journey, one of the highest-paid actors added:
“I’m happy to be on the verge of bringing ‘Black Adam’ to life after all this time. And what a journey it has been. Actually, I can believe it considering how hard we’ve worked over the years.”
Johnson, who stated that he trusts the script, showed the first page of it which introduces the character to the superhero universe. He also shared the first words on the script written by C.C. Beck, Otto Binder, Rory Haines, Sohrab Noshirvani, and Adam Sztykiel through the caption section:
“Well, I’d love to wear a rainbow every day.
And tell the world that everything’s okay.
But I’ll try to carry off a little darkness on my back.
Till things are brighter…
I’m the Man In Black.“
