Dwayne Johnson had a break from promoting his upcoming DC film ‘Black Adam,’ and gave a piece of sneak-peak at the forthcoming film ‘Jungle Cruise.’
On June 7, Johnson, who is also known by his ring name The Rock, jumped into his verified social media accounts so as to unveil the official poster and release date for the film, starring Emily Blunt, Édgar Ramírez, Jack Whitehall, Jesse Plemons and Paul Giamatti.
Underneath the photo of the official movie poster in which Johnson and Blunt are seen, The Rock wrote the following message as a caption:
“Cool to see you all this hyped for our epic Jungle Cruise. Reactions to our new trailer have been… Emily and I can’t wait to lead our global campaign and have you join us for the most fun adventure of a lifetime.”
As fans already know, Disney released a new trailer for the movie, a couple of days ago, through its official social media accounts; as soon as the trailer shared, a great number of fans and followers expressed their excitement through the comments section.
After thanking fans for their response to the trailer, the actor, who is appearing as ‘Captain Frank Wolff‘ in the film directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and written by Michael Green, Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, continued his message by announcing the release date:
“Hype is real. Anticipation is building! All aboard… but beware. Jungle Cruise in theaters July 30th worldwide and premier access on Disney+.”
