Actor Dylan Sprouse, best known for his role as ‘Zack Martin‘ in Disney Channel’s ‘The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,’ delivered a piece of good news for his fans and followers; Sprouse announced that he would appear in HBO Max‘s brand new comedy ‘The Sex Lives Of Collage Girls,’ written by well-known comedian Mindy Kaling, and Justin Noble.
The 28-year-old star took to his verified to confirm the news, shared a screenshot of a DEADLINE article announcing his joining the cast, and expressed how much he is thankful for becoming a part of the upcoming TV series by writing the following caption:
“Been a while since I’ve done a series… Roughly 10 years. But it’s because I was hoping for a good one, and this seems like a great one. Happy to be on board alongside a great cast and crew. Thankful today.”
Following the post, the actor’s partner of 2 years, well-known model Barbara Palvin was quick to congratulate him through the comment section. Palvin wrote:
“I CAN’T WAIT TO BINGE-WATCH IT 🤩”
What’s more, his twin brother, ‘Riverdale‘ star Cole Sprouse, commented on the post by joking:
“What are they gunna do when they find out you’re not funny?”
According to news obtained by DEADLINE, the actor, who recently appeared in Benjamin Kasulke’s ‘Banana Split,’ has been set to portray Essex college student ‘Nico.’ He also will appear in the series, centered on “three 18-year-old freshman roommates at Evermore College,” alongside Pauline Chalamet, Amrit Kaur, Renée Rapp, and Alyah Chanelle Scott.
The official release date of the series, produced by Kaling International and Warner Bros. Television has yet been announced.
