Ebon Moss-Bachrach Finally Addresses ‘Fantastic Four’ Rumors

During a conversation with TheWrap on the Emmys red carpet, Ebon Moss-Bachrach addressed the rumors about his possible involvement in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) reboot of ‘Fantastic Four.’

There has been increasing speculation regarding Moss-Bachrach’s potential portrayal of Ben Grimm, also known as The Thing, in the ‘Fantastic Four.’ Initially fueled by a report from The Hot Mic podcast, this rumor has been a topic of discussion. In the interview with TheWrap, Moss-Bachrach responded to the speculations with a cryptic reply, saying:

“Oh, I can’t confirm, and I can’t deny, I think.”

Regarding the ‘Fantastic Four‘ project itself, the film is expected to be a fresh interpretation of the classic Marvel characters. Under the direction of Matt Shakman, with a screenplay currently being revised by Josh Friedman, the movie will mark the beginning of Phase Six of the MCU and is set for a theatrical release on May 2, 2025.

As for Moss-Bachrach, the actor currently has another project in the pipeline, the thriller-drama ‘Dust,‘ which is in its post-production stage. Until official confirmation is provided, his involvement in ‘Fantastic Four’ remains a sole speculation.
