Hollywood actor Elliot Page took to his Instagram for the first time after he had declared through an open letter that he is transgender.
As known, on December 1, Page posted a statement through his verified social media accounts and announced that his name was Elliot from then on. He also stated:
“Hi friends, I want to share with you that I am trans, my pronouns are he/they.”
Following that post, which a great number of stars including Miley Cyrus, Ruby Rose, Lena Dunham, Jameela Jamil, and Cyndi Lauper commented on with encouraging words, Elliot fell silent until December 21.
On that day, the ‘Juno‘ actor posted a selfie that sees him wearing a black, basic hoodie and old-school glasses; and added a message to thank people who have supported him:
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your love and support has been the greatest gift. Stay safe. Be there for each other.”
Then the actor encouraged his fans and followers to donate Transanta and Trans Lifeline ahead of Christmas to support the LGBTQ+ community. Elliot also implied that he would stay away from social media a bit longer by saying:

“I wish you the happiest and safest life journey with every blessing, filled with love and joy ❤️💥” added, Sharon Stone.
“Love u @elliotpage ❤️” commented, Julianne Moore.
