‘Girl in Progress‘ star Eva Mendes took to her verified Instagram account on March 5 to recommend Dr. Mark Hyman‘s last book ‘The Pegan Diet‘ and asked a favor of her fans and followers.
Hollywood actor, who has currently devoted herself to her children – Esmeralda Amada Gosling and Amada Lee Gosling – posted a photo of herself holding the said book, and requested her followers that not zoom in her “pandemic brows” and “pandemic nails.”
As millions of people did all around the world, the star embraced a natural look during the pandemic; so she gave up getting beauty care sessions frequently in the lockdown naturally. Regarding her unpolished nails and natural eyebrows Mendes wrote:
“Stop looking at my pandemic brows. Just stop. Why are you zooming in on them?! Ugh, whatever zoom in. But wait, why are you now zooming in on my pandemic nails?! Not. Cool.“
Then the mother of two stated that Dr. Hyman changed her life and her views on all things wellness, and continued by recommending the book with these praises:
“His books are always informative but never condescending and always eye opening and inspiring. If you’ve been wanting to get healthy in a simple way, this book is for you ❤️”
Of course, apart from her recommendation, Mendes’ natural beauty and intimacy regarding her appearance captured the attention of her fans and followers. So much so that, a great number of people jumped into the comments section to leave these kinds of comments:
“Beautiful even when you zoom in!!!💯”
“Que?!? All I see is that radiant skin, Mama!!! 😎 ☀️ 💎”
“What an amazing woman you are, such positive, enlightening posts always! And kudos to you for staying natural during the pandemic, you are so beautiful inside and out! 🙌”
