English TV presenter Fearne Cotton featured on the cover of Grazia UK for its Little Lockdown Lifts issue and discussed the ways of coping with mental health issues, even though she is not “certainly no expert of coping techniques.”
On her verified Instagram account, the ‘Top of the Pops‘ host included a series of photoshoots taken for the issue by professional photographer Rosaline Shahnavaz, and expressed her satisfaction with having a meaningful conversation regarding the mental health with Polly Vernon, in these painful times.
As heralding that she is appearing on the cover of the magazine, the well-known TV personality, who is familiar with sharing inspiring post through her social media channels, stated it is a must talking about both physical and mental challenges and exchanging the feelings on it to help each other. Saying that she is not the perfect person to give advice regarding mental issues, she continued:
“With so many struggling in extreme ways whether that’s due to anxiety about what’s happening, job loss, health anxiety, loneliness, abusive relationships and a lack of school for almost children, everyone is having a tough time. I’m certainly no expert of coping techniques but I do promise to always be honest and open and to try and help in my own tiny way.”
Then the presenter, who is highly honest about her own mental issues, mentioned how they had managed the photoshoot: Of course they practised the social distance, and she posed to the cameras in front of her house, in her own clothes without help from a professional stylist. Regarding the photo shoot, she also stated:
“I wore my own clothes and popped in to check on the kids during our shoot. If you swipe to the last picture you can see bags of sand behind me that we had to crop out of shot 🤣”
Cotton received highly positive comments both for her style and natural beauty plus her inspiring words, following she had shared the above-mentioned post.
