Comedian and writer Fortune Feimster, best known for her roles on NBC’s ‘Last Comic Standing‘ and ‘The Mindy Project,’ released a message full of love in honor of her wife’s birthday, through her verified Instagram account.
Feimster, who announced she tied the knots with kindergarten teacher Jacquelyn Smith back in October in a private ceremony, included a two-photo gallery from their wedding day and praised her wife with highly adorable words in the caption section.
After wishing Smith a happy birthday, then the comedian expressed her amazement about being married to her despite the months passing:
“Happy birthday to my wife, Jax! (That’s still very fun to say).”
Stating that her wife is mastered every task, Feimster said that she is a perfect lockdown partner in addition to being “the epitome of a life partner.” She clarified:
“She’s helped me overcome the hard days, laughed with me, been bored with me, played puzzles with me, walked with me, reminded me to wash my hands 30 times a day.”
Writing that her wife looks out for her, the ‘Yes Day‘ star concluded her words by thanking Jax for being awesome. What’s more, following her Instagram post, her industry friends flooded the comments section with a series of congratulatory messages.
As fans might remember, Feimster, who came out as a lesbian in 2005, started dating Smith in 2016. After a 2-year-dating, the couple announced that they had engaged.
