American actor and former fashion model Greg Vaughan revealed that he’s run on American daytime soap opera broadcast, ‘Days of Our Lives’ came to end.
The 47-year-old actor released the news during an interview on the ‘That’s Awesome! With Steve & Bradford’ podcast. He told:
“I’ve finished my reign at Days.”
Vaughan portrayed ‘Eric Brady’ on the show, one of the longest-running scripted television programs in the world, for 8 years. He first aired in November, 2012.
‘The Young and the Restless’ actor continued concerning his leaving:
“For all my Days fans that are listening, I love you all… it’s never over, so I’m not gonna say it’s over.”
Then, he described his action as a ‘break’ and added the followings:
“I’m taking a break, if you will. Days was going through a renewal negotiation and not knowing where they were going to go. I just felt my time was coming to an end anyways.”
However, according to news released by certain sources, the show will resume after his leaving, and it will be renewed for a 56th season.
