Halle Berry Doesn’t Think She’ll Return As Catwoman — Or Storm

She prefers to focus on her new projects and let those roles stay in the past.

Halle Berry recently gave an update on her future as a superhero, and it doesn’t look like fans will be seeing her return as Catwoman or Storm anytime soon.

Berry spoke to Comicbook.com while promoting her upcoming movie ‘Never Let Go.’ When asked if she would like to play one of her old characters again, Berry said she prefers to focus on her current work. She explained, “Some of those things have gone by” and hinted that she’s not interested in going back to her superhero days.

It’s been 10 years since Berry last played Storm in ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ and 20 years since she wore the Catwoman suit in ‘Catwoman.’ There was even speculation that she might return as Storm in the upcoming ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ movie, but that didn’t happen. Wesley Snipes returned as Blade, but it seems Berry is ready to move on.

Berry has been busy with other projects in recent years. She starred with Mark Wahlberg in ‘The Union’ and appeared in the disaster movie ‘Moonfall.’ She was also part of ‘John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum,’ which made over $325 million at the box office.

Berry’s latest horror thriller ‘Never Let Go’ is set to come out this Friday.
