It is official: The highly-anticipated documentary which follows the 79-year-old former Beatle, Paul McCartney is now streaming on Hulu!
The exciting news regarding the documentary called ‘McCartney 3,2,1,‘ was delivered through the official Instagram page of McCartney, on July 16. Underneath a black and white photo from the documentary series, that sees McCartney and music producer Rick Rubin discussing The Beatles legacy, the following message was added:
“Today is the day! ‘McCartney 3,2,1’ is available to stream on @hulu!”
According to the message, the synopsis of the Hulu show is as follows:
“Paul and Rick Rubin’s six-part music series event explores music and creativity in a unique and revelatory manner, as they discuss the songwriting, influences, and personal relationships that informed the iconic songs that have served as the soundtracks of our lives.”
As of July 16, the six episodes has been released through the streaming channel; ‘These Things Bring You Together,’ ‘The Notes That Like Each Other,’ ‘The People We Loved Were Loving Us!,’ ‘Like Professors in a Laboratory,’ ‘Couldn’t You Play It Straighter?,’ ‘The Long and Winding Road.’
The show, based on the in-depth one-on-one conversations of McCartney and Rubin, has received highly favorable reviews from the audience and the critics so far.
