‘Home & Family’ Star Tamera Mowry Says She Is Proud Of Her Body And Spirit: “I Have Worked Hard To Get”

Tamera Mowry is beyond proud of the things she has got, according to the latest Instagram post, she shared on January 22.

The reality TV star, who rose to fame for her role as ‘Tamera Campbell‘ on ABC’s fan-favorite sitcom ‘Sister, Sister,’ went to Instagram with a shot of herself taken after a strenuous workout and captioned it with a highly inspiring message supporting self-love. Alongside the photo, in which she is seen in a grey yoga overall, Hallmark Channel’s ‘Home & Family‘ star wrote:

“Y’all, I have worked HARD to get my body, mind and spirit to a place where I am proud and at peace🙌🏽”

Then the star admitted that she still has a way to go, and highlighted that it is not about the number on the scale but loving yourself. Then ‘The Real‘ host encouraged her fans and followers to show up over and over again, by saying:

“For anyone out there who is feeling stuck, off their routine or lacking motivation, just keep going/swimming. HA!  Show up for yourself in some small way today and then do it again tomorrow and then again the days after that. It will get easier!

Following the post, her fans flooded the comment section to say that she is looking perfect in her jumpsuit and love the advice she gave in her message.

As fans might remember, back in November, the TV reality star declared through her verified Instagram that doing regular exercise totally changed her life. Alongside the post that sees her posing on her yoga mat, she wrote that workout is a form of self-love.
