The highly-expected Christmas movie, ‘Happiest Season‘ by writer and director Clea DuVall, who is known for ‘Girl, Interrupted,‘ ‘Argo,’ ‘Carnivàle,’ ‘Veep,’ and ‘But I’m a Cheerleader’ is ready to debut.
Hulu released through its social media channels an official trailer for the upcoming romantic comedy film and announced that it is scheduled to hit the streaming platform on November 25. Alongside the trailer, the streaming giant added by referring to the storyline of the movie, that this holiday, “everyone’s secrets are coming out.”
Also, actor Alison Brie, who is portraying ‘Sloane,’ shared the trailer for the film, distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing and Entertainment One, and wrote that she is far beyond excited about the release.

DuVall’s anticipated film, starring Kristen Stewart, Mackenzie Davis, Aubrey Plaza, Dan Levy, Holland, Victor Garber, and Mary Steenburgen, follows ‘Abby’ (Stewart), who wants to propose to her girlfriend, who has not come out to her parents about her personality, during a family gathering on holiday.
As fans remember, filming started on January 21, 2020, in Pittsburgh and finished after a month; just before the entire film industry was halted due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.
