An HBO representative addressed concerns about the potential cancellation of ‘Euphoria’ Season 3 in a newly-released public statement. “‘Euphoria’ is going into production in 2025,” they confirmed to People.
The studio’s executive vice president Francesca Orsi herself previously announced a January 2025 start for the show’s filming schedule by saying, “We look forward to bringing this new season of ‘Euphoria’ to life for the fans.” But concerns arose after rumors claimed Zendaya and Anne Hathaway joined Christopher Nolan’s new movie with Matt Damon and Tom Holland.
Nolan’s film is expected to see IMAX release on July 17, 2026, with filming set to start in early 2025. So, fans are not sure if the actress can be available for ‘Euphoria’ Season 3 though it seems the production will move forward as intended.
HBO renewed ‘Euphoria’ for a new season back in February 2022 and originally planned to begin filming in early to mid-2024. But the Hollywood strikes and delays in script writing pushed the date back.
Now, the cast featuring Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, and Hunter Schafer are set to come back to continue their story after high school.
