Jameela Jamil Announces That She Just Started To Do Mental Health Workout: “Baggy Clothes. Snacks. No Mirrors.”

Jameela Jamil, one of the most inspiring names in the celebs world, jumped into her social media accounts to criticize the diet culture one more time. ‘The Good Place‘ actor, who is the host of the podcast called ‘I Weigh with Jameela Jamil,’ announced that she started a mental workout with her mate Al Jackson and shared the first IG video of herself working out in pajamas.

In the mental health awareness month, the star, who previously declared that she suffered from certain eating problems because of the stereotypes toward the body, released the following message alongside the video:

“Me and my mate @aljacksonpt decided to do a mental health workout together. Baggy clothes. Snacks. No mirrors. No fear of the body. No pressure. Just good vibes.”

Admitting that she was so nervous cause she is not a great mover, Jamil stated that she did not care about doing workouts in front of the cameras anymore. She continued by telling of her new movement consisting of pajamas, snacks, and disco music:

“This was just the first one and we will work to figure out how to make it as great as possible for you.”

Jamil, who slams diet culture that forced people to make themselves starving and drink unhealthy diet drinks at every turn through her social media posts, concluded her words as follows:

“I’m really happy we did it and I want to change exercise culture to include everyone, and to be more about us serving ourselves, rather than working out to please others.”

It seems that the actor, criticizing celebs who are promoting weight loss products or cosmetic procedures on social media including the members of the Kardashian family, will change the workout game.
