Hollywood actor James Mcavoy took to his Instagram and cheered up ‘Starter For 10‘ fans with an “uncovered career memory.”
James Mcavoy, best known for his portrayal of ‘Professor Charles Xavier‘ in ‘X-Men‘ superhero films, shared a never-seen-before photo from ‘Starter For 10‘ days and expressed how much he is satisfied with having been a part of the 2006 dated comedy-drama film.
Mcavoy posted a photo of him with the stars of the film, sitting on stairs, on the set, and captioned it as follows:
“Not long moved house and still sorting through stuff. Today lots of career memories being uncovered. Here are some of the superlative cast from the film “Starter For Ten”.”
The 41-year-old actor, who plays ‘Brian Jackson‘ in the film directed by Tom Vaughan then mentioned what ‘Starter For 10’ means to him; in his own words:
“I loved this film and it was one of my first lead roles along with ‘The Last King Of Scotland’. A fun and talented bunch who’ve pretty much all gone on to great things in one way or another.”
Then the star tagged all the stars of the movie and honored them by calling them talented young actors.
‘Starter For 10,’ based on the same name novel of David Nicholls, had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2006, and hit the theatres in November 2006. Since its release, it received highly positive reviews from both critics and viewers.
Starring, Alice Eve as ‘Alice Harbinson,’ Rebecca Hall as ‘Rebecca Epstein,’ Dominic Cooper as ‘Spencer,’ James Corden as ‘Tone,’ and Simon Woods as ‘Josh,’ the film got a 90% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it was marked as a “highly-class” romantic comedy.
