Jamie Foxx is keeping on expressing his excitement regarding his upcoming sitcom, which he created by inspired by the relationship between him and his daughter, Corinne Foxx.
A shortly after releasing a couple of photos from the set of ‘Dad Stop Embarrassing Me‘ and showing his surprise character through social media posts for the first time, the Academy Award-winning artist went to his verified Instagram account on March 30.
Foxx included a two-photo gallery with his daughter Corinne Foxx in front of a billboard bearing the poster for the series, and he stated in the caption section that his dream came true.
Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actor wrote:
“Dreams coming true!!! When you and your daughter create a show together!! And now you’re standing on the legendary Sunset Boulevard looking at a billboard! Hardwork and blessings…”
The ‘Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen Roses‘ hitmaker then added that Corinne is not only an inspiration for the series but she is an executive producer and boss at the same time:
“So proud of my daughter and my boss @corinnefoxx My love and my executive producer.”
As soon as the actor had released the post, a great number of Instagram users, including Fat Joe, Mario Lopez, and Nicole Scherzinger flooded the comment section in order to express that they are looking forward to seeing the show.
The series, starring David Alan Grier, Kyla-Drew, Porscha Coleman, Jonathan Kite, Heather Hemmens, Valente Rodriguez, will start streaming on Netflix, on April 14.
