The recipient of numerous awards, including Grammy, Academy Award, and BAFTA, Jamie Foxx took to his verified Instagram account the other day to express her pride to work with her daughter in his latest sitcom project ‘Dad Stop Embarrassing Me.’
On April 14, when the series started streaming on Netflix, Foxx released a two-photo gallery with his daughter Corinne Foxx who served as executive producer for the series. Alongside the photos that see daughter and father at the premiere ceremony, the Academy Award-winning actor wrote the following message as a caption:
“So so so proud of my daughter @corinnefoxx she is executive producer of our new show… Dad stop embarrassing me it is out now and people are loving it and we are so thankful…“
In his message, the actor touched on that the shows based on his relationship between him and his daughter as he did multiple times while promoting the series. He did not skip praising his executive producer daughter with these kind words:
“My daughter and I have had an incredibly loving relationship but also funny… I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made mistakes… Trying to do too much… But she has forgiven me because she knows yes because I love her to the moon and back.”
The 53-year-old star concluded his sweet tribute to Corinne by announcing that the highly expected sitcom, starring David Alan Grier, Kyla-Drew, Porscha Coleman, Jonathan Kite, Heather Hemmens, Valente Rodriguez, is now available on Netflix:
“So today we celebrate family fun and family business! Dad stop embarrassing is streaming now on @netflix sit down with your family and have a great time!“
Following the actor released the post, Corinne Foxx jumped into the comments section and wrote in short: “Love you!.”
