Actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who received numerous awards throughout her acting career, including Golden Globe Award and People’s Choice Award, uploaded an image from the 1985 movie, ‘Perfect’, and added an adorable note for her role-mate, John Travolta.
Regarding the romantic drama film directed by James Bridges and written by Aaron Latham, Curtis wrote as a caption:
“The movie PERFECT was made 35 years ago. It has survived many exercise crazes and MANY memes but at its heart was something special and deep.”
The movie, released on June 7, 1985, unfortunately, received negative reviews and was marked one of “The 100 Most Enjoyably Bad Movies Ever Made.” However, Curtis, portraying ‘Jessie Wilson’ in the movie, won Jupiter Award for Best International Actress for her role.
Later, the actress addressed John Travolta, who lost his wife Kelly Preston due to breast cancer a few weeks ago, and continued:
“People trying to find love. People trying to be their best selves. I loved my partner @johntravolta and his humor and grace, then and now, made the experience so lovely. My hand in yours John. XO”
