Jason Momoa, best known for portraying ‘Arthur Curry & Aquaman’ in the DC Extended Universe films, took to Instagram for a movie recommendation. He included the official trailer for the movie ‘Kiss the Ground’ and told of how much he appreciated the work.
Regarding the movie that focuses on a global movement of “Regenerative Agriculture” and a revolutionary group of activists, scientists, farmers, and politicians who work for balancing the climate, replenishing vast water supplies, Momoa wrote:
“Wow. Ready for some good news? In a time of such uncertainty and what feels like bad news every day around every corner? I watched a film with my family executive produced by my long-time brother @iansomerhalder”
Momoa, portraying ‘Khal Drogo’ on the series ‘Game of the Thrones,’ introduced the film to his fans & followers:
“A film called @Kissthegroundmovie that literally shows how we can reverse climate change by drawing carbon dioxide out of the air and safely restoring in the ground where it belongs. It’s called “drawdown” or carbon sequestration using large-scale commercial agriculture.”
The actor, who recently showed his support for Ray Fisher, expressed that he is hopeful about fixing both climate and social injustice.
“It works and we all can be a part of it. My heart is happy. My mind is blown. Here is our answer to the single greatest challenge we face in human history. When we fix climate injustice and social injustice we fix our planet and society. I ask you to please share this trailer.”
Following the post, actor, and producer Ian Somerhalder, widely known for his role in ‘Gossip Girl,’ commented as follows:

The movie, whose cast includes Patricia Arquette, Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Woody Harrelson, and Ian Somerhalder has been released in April.
