Jensen Ackles Is Beyond Happy With The 5 Emmy Nominations ‘The Boys’ Achieved

Jensen Ackles, who recently became a part of the fan-favorite superhero series ‘The Boys,’ jumped into his verified Instagram account so as to express his excitement regarding the Emmy nominations.

As fans might know, the other day, it was officially announced that the series starring Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon and Karen Fukuhara, has received 5 Emmy nominations; Outstanding Original Music And Lyrics, Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Sound Mixing For A Comedy Or Drama Series (One Hour), Outstanding Special Visual Effects In A Season Or A Movie, and Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series.

Referring to the noms, Ackles, the ‘Supernatural’ star, wrote the following message underneath the official poster for the series, on Instagram:

“Huge congrats to all my old friends and new friends on the cast and crew!”

Ackles, portraying ‘Soldier Boy’ in the series, continued his message with the following words:

5 Emmy Noms! Wow…you really know how to put the pressure on the new guy.”

As soon as the actor released the post, the comments section was flooded; here are some of the comments:

“Awesome and well deserved. Don’t f*ck it up” wrote, ‘The Walking Dead’ actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

“Don’t worry Soldier Boy, after we haze you with the 10-foot sausage you’re one of us” added, the official Instagram account for Amazon Prime Video.
