‘The Boys in the Band‘ star Jim Parsons went to his verified Instagram the other day to recommend ‘Modern Family‘ star Jesse Tyler Ferguson‘s very first cookbook he co-wrote with well-known food writer Julie Tanous.
As known, back in November, Ferguson announced that he would launch a cookbook called ‘Food Between Friends‘ through his verified social media accounts. At that time, the actor declared that all the recipes in the book are reflecting his friendship and chemistry in the kitchen with Tanous. After months, the book was released on March 9.
On its release day, fellow actor Jim Parsons best known for his role as ‘Sheldon Cooper‘ in the fan-favorite sitcom ‘The Big Bang Theory‘ took to his Instagram and released a photo of himself holding the book. Alongside the photo, the actor wrote:
“This cookbook is AWESOME… I am so impressed with and happy for @jessetyler and @juliebethtanous – this is such a joyful accomplishment, @foodbetweenfriends , and I cannot wait to see which dish we make first!!! (and when I say “we,” yes, I mean “Todd.”)”
Then Parsons, who also portrayed ‘Henry Willson’ in the Netflix miniseries ‘Hollywood,’ praised the writers by saying:
“Congrats, Julie and Jesse – I hope everyone enjoys what you’ve made as much as I do already 😘”
As soon as Parsons released the abovementioned post, Ferguson, who welcomed his first child with husband Justin Mikita, took to the comments section to thank him for his post. He wrote in short:
“Love you Jim!!!!! @foodbetweenfriends”
