Jordan Fisher, the singer, dancer, and actor, verified that he would play alongside the well-known actor Dove Cameron in the upcoming HBO Max movie, ‘Field Notes On Love.’
As fans might know, back on April 19, DEADLINE reported that Fisher would appear as a lead character in the movie based on the same name of a novel by Jennifer E. Smith. Shortly after the news spread, the actor, who also starred in the 2020 dated film ‘To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You‘ took to his verified Instagram account in order to confirm the exciting news.
Fisher, who got his big break on ‘The Secret Life of the American Teenager‘ released a couple of photos of himself with the ‘Powerpuff‘ series star Cameron plus a screenshot of the report by DEADLINE. Underneath the photo set, the 26-year-old, who expressed that his friendship with Cameron did not start with this project, wrote:
“Manifestation is real. @dovecameron and I met at a mutual friend’s house 8 or 9 years ago and eventually manifested working on a show together. Did that. Then we started manifesting starring in a feature film together. Now we are doing that. What next?!”
The ‘Dancing with the Stars: Juniors’ host heralded that he will serve as executive producer for the film along with Appian Way’s president of production Jennifer Davisson and Phillip Watson:
“Thrilled to also be Executive Producing this one. Second collaboration with @jenniferesmith! This is gonna be good.”
According to the latest updates, Golden Globe-nominated actor Lauren Graham, best known for starring in ‘Gilmore Girls’ is going to co-write the screenplay with Smith.
