Kaley Cuoco, the ‘Big Bang Theory‘ alum, took to Instagram the other day with a series of photos of herself with her horse, Netty, and released a heartfelt message regarding the bond between her and her horse, who recently retired.
Cuoco, who is currently starring as ‘Cassie Bowden’ in ‘The Flight Attendant,’ wrote alongside the photo, which see her performing with Netty in the fields, that her “princess Netty” has been nothing short of amazing for the last six years, and added that she was the first horse she ever sat on, and the first in her official string.
Stating Netty was her first love, the actor continued:
“My first jump on her in Calgary, was a moment of ‘whoa’. I knew I would love her forever and that she was perfect for me. We won our first class together and our last. Our magical moments together are too many to count! From taking me to Spruce to Meadows to indoors at the LA Longines Masters never getting a rail and a blink of a second from 1st.”
By describing her as a genius, who keeps her companion – Cuoco – safe and competitive at the same time, the ‘Young Sheldon’ star went on saying:
“She hated flatting at home and would literally rip our arms off at the trot. So I decided she’s a horse show horse. And that’s what she was. A performer. Like me. Maybe this is why we are soul mates. I hate rehearsals. I hate studying. I like to be on stage, in the moment; and perform. We share the same heart.”
Cuoco ended her message by expressing that she is hopeful about Netty’s future; she wrote that she felt she will start a brand new life, living in the actor’s backyard, having babies, and getting constant pocket mints from her dad.
“Bionetty, there will never be another like you. You will always be my Queen B! 🦄”
The actor, who expressed her interest in horse riding at every turn, recently announced that she had received a mounting block for her horse ranch as a gift for her 35th birthday.
