Kate Bosworth Tells Of How Her Husband Michael Polish Helped Her Getting Out Of Her Mental Breakdown In 2011

Gained further recognition for starring in ‘Blue Crush,’ Hollywood star Kate Bosworth took to her verified Instagram account on March 23 to share a meaningful memory for her.

Bosworth, who recently released a heartfelt post through her social media channels to mark her 10th dating anniversary with her husband Michael Polish, this time showed off that how strong their bond between them. The 38-year-old star uploaded a series of photos that see her in a basic white t-shirt bearing the following phrases, “Figure It Out,” “Grow Up,” and “I Fckn Love You Kate.”

Then the actor revealed that these photos captured by Polish, during her mental breakdown in 2011, and stated that it was an attempt, activity to get out of her head. In her own words:

“Hi! Sh*t gets really hard some days … I just found these photos from 2011. I was 28 & having a really hard time. I just felt fckd up mentally. Michael went out and bought plain white t-shirts + sharpies and told me to write my feelings on the shirt so I could wear them on my sleeve.”

Kateworth continued by saying that this little activity made her laugh and helped her to get out of the mental breakdown she had been experiencing for a while.

According to what she stated in the caption section, the actor wrote “Figure It Out” and “Grow Up” on the t-shirt while her photographer husband added “I Fckn Love You, Kate” on the back. The star concluded her words with a strong message:

“Wanted to share these to let you know that you are loved, even when things feel messy, difficult, overwhelming. You are loved, really fckn loved.”
