Katee Sackhoff Refuses To Reveal Secret ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu’ Role

The actress discusses her possible return to the ‘Star Wars’ franchise.

Katee Sackhoff played Bo-Katan Kryze in three seasons of ‘The Mandalorian’ alongside Pedro Pascal. Despite her major role in the series, she hasn’t been officially confirmed for the upcoming feature film, ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu.’

“Number one, if I knew I wouldn’t tell you,” the actress recently told ComicBook about her possible involvement in the new project. “And if I did tell you, they’d probably kill me.”

The cast for ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu’ and other details are still under wraps. But it is official that Pedro Pascal will return as Din Djarin. Jon Favreau will direct the film, working from a script he co-wrote with Dave Filoni and George Lucas.

“I have loved telling stories set in the rich world that George Lucas created,” Favreau shared in an earlier statement. “The prospect of bringing the Mandalorian and his apprentice Grogu to the big screen is extremely exciting.”

‘The Mandalorian & Grogu’ will hit the theaters on May 22, 2026. It will be the first live-action ‘Star Wars’ movie since 2019’s ‘The Rise of the Skywalker.’
