Kelly McCreary Announces ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 17 Has Been Wrapped Up As She Hints There Will Be Next Seasons

Kelly McCreary is happy to make all the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ fans’ day with the season finale where she is a real star!

On June 3, the well-known actor McCreary, who gained fame after starring as ‘Dr. Maggie Pierce‘ in the most-watched medical drama series, went to her verified Instagram account with a super-exciting post.

The star released a couple of photos from the last set day of the ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ season 17. Alongside the photos, in which she is seen in a wedding dress in accordance with the story, the 39-year-old wrote the following message:

“And that’s a wrap on Season 17 and this IG takeover! Love y’all!”

Via the post, the actor announced the season 17 has been wrapped up; she also pointed out to photo showing all the cast & crew together and wrote that she is proud of being a part of the series. In her caption, McCreary did not skip heralding that they are ready for ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 18:

“Love this team— cast, crew, production, writers, everyone in post— and can’t wait to come together to bring you more soon!”

As may know, the eighteenth season of series, starring Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens, Jr., Kevin McKidd, Camilla Luddington and Kim Raver, had been ordered back in May by the American Broadcasting Company (ABC). According to the latest updates provided by showrunners, the eighteenth season will be airing in Fall 2021.
