Kristen Bell, who recently has been nominated for Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy for her role as ‘Eleanor Shellstrop’ in NBC’s ‘The Good Place‘ updated her Instagram feed with a post announcing she is having a few tough days.
Bell, who frequently releases hilarious posts through her social media channels, this time posted a photo of herself after a workout, and added a message saying that she has been “struggling the last 2 weeks, for who-knows-why-slash-ALL-the-reasons.” Then she added:
“Today I finally got back on the treadmill, figuratively and literally. And I’m proud. Good job, kb. I said to myself.”
The ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ star concluded her message with highly inspiring words; she encouraged those who have been feeling the same way to lift themselves by going on the daily activities and staying in the moment:
“Just do the next right thing. I love u. Xo”
Bell’s post made a great number of Instagram users, including famous names, be honest about their own mental health struggles. They told of how they are coping with life, through the comment section. Here are some of them:

“I hear ya. Me too. Like most things taking that first step is hard. When I do I want to sing hallelujah and glad I did it. So yes, good job KB 😊♥️🎉” added, ‘Little People, Big World’ star Amy Roloff.
As known, Bell previously stated with multiple Instagram posts and magazine interviews that she is always a supporter of her husband, Dax Shepard, who has been struggling with addiction issues. It seems that the turn for support is on her husband.
