Actress Leah Remini slammed Channel 7 NEWS Australia for canceling her documentary series, ‘Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath’ that investigates the Church of Scientology.
As might be remembered, Lemini received Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Informational Series or Special for this documentary.
The 50-year-old actress took to her personal Instagram page on July 14, uploaded a poster of the series, and wrote a forceful statement as a caption. She said:
“Scientology, you may have blocked this program from airing, but it won’t stop here.”
Then, Lemini expressed how much she was angry with the channel as follows:
“@7newsaustralia you are pus**es, just for the record. Part of the story is in my bio. But we will get to the bottom of this.”
She concluded her words by addressing the investigator, Bryan Seymour:
“Sorry to @seymour.bryan I know how hard you worked on getting the truth out there only to have your spineless network bail.”
Besides, the followers urged her to find a way to broadcast the show.
