Leonardo Dicaprio Commits To Take Action Against Racism

The legendary movie ‘Titanic’ star Leonardo Dicaprio made a statement through his Instagram page on 6 June and expressed that he pledged himself to fight against racism.

As one of the 100 most influential people in the world, Leonardo Dicaprio shared a black graphic that read:

“I commit to listen, learn, and take action.”

And the favorite actor of Martin Scorsese, Dicaprio captioned this as follows:

“I am dedicated to end the disenfranchisement of Black America, that has been present for too long.

I will support those individuals, organizations and coalitions that are committed to bring about long-term change.

I will be donating personally to each of the following organizations.”

After the actor stated about his actions against racism, urged his followers to do the same:

“Please, join me, in following and learning from the organizations below.”

Then he listed the organizations:

“Color of Change – @ColorofChange

Fair Fight Action – @FairFightAction


Equal Justice Initiative – @eji_org”
