Lily Collins, who received recognition for her leading role in ‘Mirror Mirror,’ announced a piece of great news through her verified Instagram account. The actress revealed the release date and the official poster of the long-awaited Netflix series, ‘Emily In Paris.’
Collins uploaded the poster on Instagram and announced the Netflix series, created by Darren Star, and starring Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat, and Bruno Gouery, would be released on October 2.
“Here we go!!! Keeping this secret has been so hard but I’m beyond thrilled to finally announce @emilyinparis officially launches October 2, only on @netflix!”
The filming of the upcoming American comedy-drama web television series began in August 2019 in France and continued in the United States of America.
The actress, representing Emily who moves to Paris for a job opportunity in the said series, continued:
“I hope you guys fall in love with this story, the character, and the city just like I did. Can’t. F*cking. Wait. Pardon my French…”
A shortly after this post, Collins also released the trailer for ‘Emily in Paris,’ sharing in the caption that:
