One of the most-known young Hollywood stars, Lilly Collins delivered a piece of great news through her verified Instagram account and showed off that she is a real nature lover.
Collins, who had tough days after the news that ‘Emily In Paris‘ series received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Comedy after the members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) were taken “a lavish trip” to Paris spread, the actor started to think about what can she do make the world more liveable for her and the rest of the people.
On Earth Day – April 22 – the star, who also appeared as ‘Rita Alexander‘ in David Fincher’s Netflix film ‘Mank,’ shared a two-photo gallery, in which she is seen enjoying nature, through her Instagram account. Embracing a low-key live style with her filmmaker fiance Charlie McDowell, Collins heralded that she has teamed up with National Geographic in the caption section.
Underneath the photos, captured in her favourite place in the world, the Golden Globe-nominated star added the following note:
“Today is Earth Day, and I’m joining @NatGeo in sharing one of the places on the planet that matters most to me.”
Then the 32-year-old actor, the daughter of English musician Phil Collins, stated that her last years travelling with Charlie McDowell best known for his works such as ‘The One I Love‘ and ‘Bye Bye Benjamin.’ In her own words:
“Charlie McDowell and I spent so much time on the road and in nature this past year, and this spot will always hold a very special place in my heart. Celebrate your love for the planet with us by sharing a spot you care about…”
As she stated in the caption section, the Hollywood star became a nature traveller with the influence of her fiancee. So much so that, the two started living in a caravan in variable places. Even the ‘Mank’ star received a marriage proposal from McDowell in the middle of a forest.
