In the caption of the nostalgic photo, Hamill revealed the reason behind why they held hands with the following words:
“It was Harrison’s idea to hold hands so our movements would be consistent & Carrie’s eye line would match up.” He later assured that they normally didn’t hold hands, “Other than this moment, we hardly ever held hands. 👬 #TrueStory”
This photo, which the actor shared from his first Star Wars movie, was a shot from the moment Luke Skywalker and Han Solo received an award from Princess Leia, and they became two world-known actors after this movie.
