Morgan Freeman, the recipient of an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award, went to his verified Twitter account to praise his long-term actor, Jim Carrey.
The ‘Million Dollar Baby‘ actor became sociable on June 25 and released a photo of himself with Carrey, best known for his comedic roles in numerous Hollywood features, and revealed that he learned so much from his actor fellow about life.
Alongside the photo, in which the two actors are seen sit side by side, Freeman added a message that reads:
“Learning how to be still, to really be still and let life happen – that stillness can become a radiance. I’ve learned this from some of the great actors with whom I’ve worked.”
Following the post, a great number of users of the social media platform replied to the actor and expressed how much they love both Freeman and Carrey. A user wrote the following comment:
“Jim Carrey is a true legend, this guy is like bugs bunny in real life.”
As loyal fans can remember, the two legends appeared in the 2003 dated religious comedy film ‘Bruce Almighty.’ Directed by Tom Shadyac and written by Steve Koren, the film received a good number of awards including the People’s Choice Award.
In the film, while Carrey is portraying a television reporter ‘Bruce Nolan’ while Freeman playing ‘God.’
