Netflix Unveils ‘Thunder Force’ Official Trailer; Melissa McCarthy And Octavia Spencer Express Their Excitement Respectively

Streaming giant Netflix released the official trailer for the highly expected superhero film ‘Thunder Force‘ on March 3 through social media channels.

On the official Instagram page for Netflix Film, the trailer in which stars Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer appeared as best friends with superpowers in custom-designed costumes, has been uploaded with the following message:

Best friends make better heroes. @melissamccarthy and @octaviaspencer star in the new comedy THUNDER FORCE, saving Netflix and the world on April 9.”

Meanwhile, the leads of the film, Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer jumped into their official Instagram accounts to celebrate the first official trailer while expressing their satisfaction with being a part of the film. McCarthy, who is appearing as ‘Lydia‘ in the film, written and directed by her husband Ben Falcone, posted the trailer and added a caption that reads:

“Thunder Force Trailer ⚡️Newly super, AMOST HEROES!! Coming to Netflix on April 9th!”

As for Octavia Spencer, playing ‘Emily Stanton‘ in the same movie, uploaded the release poster and wrote the following message as a caption in short:

Can’t wait for y’all to see this! #ThunderForce”

Both the posts of McCarthy and Octavia received highly positive comments from fans & followers and their industry friends. Apart from well-known Hollywood stars such as Diana Keaton and Kate Hudson, Taraji P. Henson left the following comment:

“CAN NOT WAIT!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥” 

Starring  Jason Bateman, Bobby Cannavale, Pom Klementieff, Kevin Dunn, and Melissa Leo alongside the leads, the film will be available to watch on Netflix on April 9, 2021.
