American actor & comedian Nick Kroll took to Instagram and gave a statement on the current situation of the entertainment industry.
As already known, the coronavirus outbreak impacted the entire show business, and it caused many people to lose their jobs, in the industry. To call attention to this issue, Kroll posted a photo from the stage, and recalled the days when he had carried out ‘Middle-Aged Boy Tour.’
‘The Kroll Show’ creator added a caption and stated that he was lucky because he could bring the show to audiences:
“A year ago, I publicly announced the Middle-Aged Boy Tour as I descended a golden escalator in a building with my name on it. I’m still thankful for every pre-COVID show I was lucky enough to do across the country (and the world).”
Famous for his work on ‘The League,’ and ‘Big Mouth’ had announced his stand-up tour in 2019, traveled all around the nation until the virus came out. He continued as follows:
“Performing to a live audience is pure joy for me and I can’t wait to get back out there when the timing is right.”
Then he released the main message, and encourage people to support staff of the show business:
“Right now there are so many comedians, musicians, actors, and venues struggling to stay afloat in these uncertain times. You can visit www.nivassoc.org to learn more about how you can help #saveourstages.”
