Academy Award-winning artist, Gwyneth Paltrow, who currenyly appeared as herself in the documentary ‘The Goop Lab,’ celebrated her actor mother, Blythe Danner‘s 78th birthday with an intimate selfie accompanied by a heartfelt message.
On February 4, ‘The Royal Tenenbaums‘ star described her mother, who has received two Emmy Awards throughout her acting career, as a “beautiful creature” in the caption section for the selfie that the two look alike, and continued by saying that she fills hearts with love and warmth. Paltrow continued:
“She gets words and names mixed up in the most hilarious and unique of ways. She is full of life and incredibly strong. She loves her grandchildren more than anything in the world.”
Paltrow, who is portraying ‘Pepper Potts‘ in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, went on giving sweet details regarding her mother’s interests; according to what Hollywood star said, the ‘Will & Grace‘ star loves Bill Evans, “eating leftovers and keeping her own company.” Paltrow concluded her adorable tribute as follows:
“I admire so many things about her and today is her birthday. Happy birthday from the bottom of our hearts, your family loves you so much mommy 💝”
Danner means so much to Paltrow in many ways as she stated in her post: As fans might know, the actor, who is the daughter of Blythe and director Bruce Paltrow, made her acting debut on her father’s 1989 film, ‘High,’ and after a year made her professional stage debut in the Williamstown Theatre Festival where her mother was performing for years.
