‘On The Rocks’ Star Marlon Wayans Challenges Will Smith By Releasing A Photo Of His “Dad Body”

Well-known actor Marlon Wayans, who came to prominence with his portrayal of ‘Shorty Meeks‘ in the comedy film series ‘Scary Movie,’ took to his verified Instagram account in order to challenge his actor fellow Will Smith on “improving body” game.

As known, the other day, Smith jumped into his social media accounts, uploaded a photo of himself that sees his belly fat, and declared that he is in the worst shape in his entire life. After proudly showing his quarantine body, the ‘I Am Legend‘ star announced that he is starting a workout program and going to sharing the whole process through his YouTube channel.

Following Smith’s post, which was read as an act of body positivity movement at first, Wayans, who garnered high praises for his performance in the Coppola’s film ‘On The Rocks‘ uploaded a mirror selfie through Instagram and displayed that he gained weight, even though not as much as Smith did. Describing his new shape as “dad body,” the father-of-two wrote the following message as a caption:

“Hey @willsmith posting my dad body/quarantine body too… fu*k it! Wait a month… gonna post my transformation by my birthday. I’ll have the best body of my life 7/23/2021 stay tuned.”

Then Wayans, who also appeared in the fan-favorite drama film, ‘Requiem for a Dream,’ released another pic of himself, in which he is looking a little bit better with slightly seen abs, and added a note that reads:

“3 weeks ago… working this dad body off… give me 3 months. By July 23 2021 it’s gonna be sick.”
